It would be best if you arrived before your appointment time to ensure your service begins on time. Late arrivals will be offered a modified service based on the time remaining.

All appointments must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate and must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged.

Please respect others’ relaxation and keep a low tone of voice at all times. Also, please turn your cell phones to vibrate.

No refunds will be given on purchases of services, products, or gift certificates.

Gift certificates and account credits expire one year from the purchase date. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of visit.

Services purchased are exchangeable for other spa services. Spa service fees do not include gratuity.

Tipping is allowed at your discretion.
