• It would be best if you arrived before your appointment time to ensure your service begins on time. Late arrivals will be offered a modified service based on the time remaining.

• All appointments must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate and must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged.

• Please respect others’ relaxation and keep a low tone of voice at all times. Also, please turn your cell phones to vibrate.

• No refunds will be given on purchases of services, products, or gift certificates.

• Gift certificates and account credits expire one year from the purchase date. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of visit.

• Services purchased are exchangeable for other spa services. Spa service fees do not include gratuity.

• Tipping is allowed at your discretion.
